In case you’re new here, allow me to introduce myself…

I’m Andrijana, the yogi behind Andriyanna’s Flow–a space created by a woman, for women. For the WFH girlie. The go-getter balancing ambition with self-care, looking for balance, confidence, and a deeper connection with herself.

Yoga found me when I needed it the most.

Practicing alone at home, guided by online classes, became my safe space—a way to (re)connect with myself, build confidence, and find strength beyond the physical. It became the holistic tool I needed to quiet my rushing mind, navigate negative emotions, and find light in the dark.

What started as a personal practice soon became a passion I couldn’t keep to myself. Now, I’m dedicated to helping other women experience the same sense of freedom, balance, and self-trust through intentional movement and mindful living.

You might be surprised but yoga was NOT love at first sight...

Before even trying...

For the longest time, I believed yoga was weird–something for the extremely flexible, effortlessly calm people. Definitely not me.

Sure, I might have been slightly more flexible than average (thanks to a single year of childhood gymnastics), but as an adult? I couldn’t even do a proper Forward Fold.

Strike one.

My first class?

A mix of anxiety, confusion, and frustration. I had no idea what I was doing, the teacher’s cues made no sense and her voice was just annoying to me. Still, I forced myself to go back a few more times, hoping it would eventually click.

Spoiler: it didn’t.

Almost a year later!

Fast forward almost a year, and I gave yoga another shot—but this time, on my own terms.

At my childhood friend’s suggestion (thanks Angela!), I tried online yoga classes. Suddenly, I could choose the length, style, and intensity I wanted. No pressure, no awkward studio vibes—just me, my mat, and the freedom to explore.

And now? Well, here we are.

Yoga as more than just movement.

My home yoga practice was born from the need to quiet the mind and reconnect with myself. Yoga is more than movement on the mat–it’s an ongoing conversation with yourself.

Balance–a dance between effort & ease.

I believe in balance–yoga should be both relaxing and challenging, a dance between effort and ease. Breath guides every movement, turning practice into a moving meditation.

Yoga is for every body.

Yoga doesn’t care about your size or abilities–it meets you exactly where you are. Yes, I strongly believe alignment matters, but feeling good in your body matters more. My approach honors tradition while staying intuitive and accessible, helping you move with intention on and off the mat.

from Burnout to Passion & Purpose

2018
Tried my first yoga class...

Took advantage of my engineering job's perks and tried yoga. Went to a class, hated every minute of it & decided yoga isn't for me. 

2019
Home yoga practice begins

Battling emotional trauma  tried yoga again, but at home. Started practicing more regularly on my own, guided by free online classes on YouTube. A new habit was created and a passion uncovered. 

2020
Met my future husband

Reconnected to my deepest emotions thanks to yoga. Finally decided to learn how to snowboard–a dream I had for years.

Through the sport met my future husband. 

2021
Moved to an island

Switched to remote work and moved to the island of Losinj, Croatia for the summer. 

2022
Very eventful year

Tried vanlife while exploring the Balkans + lived in Austria during the summer. 

Felt burned out and deeply unfulfilled. Quit my engineering job of 6 years. 

Enrolled in a yoga teacher training.

Went back home and got married. Continued traveling.

2023
Andriyanna's Flow was born

Craved nature, fresh air, freedom, slowing down. Moved to live in a village in Austria.

Graduated from my 200hr YTT and became a certified, registered yoga teacher.

Created a dedicated yoga account @andriyannasflow and a website www.andriyannasflow.com.

2024 & beyond...
Incredible growth on Instagram

Grew over 40k+ followers in less than a year. 

Started working with brands. Created free yoga classes on YouTube.

Launched a digital product "The Instagram Growth Accelerator for Yoga Teachers". 

Continued practicing online yoga, creating content, developing project ideas, growing personally...

1. Early bird or night owl?

Early bird since I was a kid. I just love the peace and quiet of early mornings!

2. One thing you can't live without?

Sunlight! More than 2 gloomy days in a row are a real struggle.

3. What's one thing you always have in your fridge?

Yoghurt–healthy gut is very important to me.

4. Which show do you keep rewatching?

"Friends", "Gilmore Girls", "Suits", "CSI" and "Grey's Anatomy".

5. What's your favourite pasta sauce?

Pesto! I could probably eat anything with good pesto.

6. If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

Speak the language of the local people wherever I am.

7. Your go to casual outfit?

Plain white tee, high waisted jeans and my beloved AF1.

8. What's your pet peeve?

I can't stand loud chewing and snoring!

9. What's your go-to lazy dinner?

Avocado toast or any breakfast food really.

10. Your Café order when you want to treat yourself:

A butter croissant, fresh OJ and hazelnut latte.

11. What's your signature scent?

"Chloé" by Chloé–soft, feminine and timeless.

12. Best advice you've ever received?

Don't take advice from people who haven't done what you want to do.
