  • Perfect! Fundamentals to Flow was created for complete beginners with zero experience or flexibility. You’ll learn everything step-by-step, build flexibility gradually, and have the chance to safely explore your body, breath, and mind.

  • The program is designed to fit into a busy lifestyle and a tight daily schedule. Each lesson is short and digestible asking for less than 30 minutes a day.

  • All you need is comfortable clothing and the will to show up! A yoga mat is welcomed, but any non slip surface will do. Other props like blocks and straps can help, but you can use pillows, books, blankets, and belts to modify.

  • Everything is hosted in my app, which you can access on your phone, tablet, or computer. You'll receive download and login details immediately after purchase.

  • Lifetime! Practice at your own pace and revisit the program whenever you need a reset.

  • This training builds your foundation in 4 weeks. Depending on your commitment you may notice better focus and freedom in your body in as little as a few days, or it might take a few weeks.
