If you create videos for social media — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikToks — you should definitely check out CapCut (if you’re not using it already!)
Yes, there are more powerful video editing apps out there, but CapCut is super intuitive and so easy to use that any beginner creator can start making polished content quickly.
The best part? It’s free for your most basic needs (which is what most of us need anyways). And once your skills advance, you have the option to subscribe and unlock all the pro-level features.
I use the Desktop app to edit my content, but it’s available on mobile too, so you can work wherever, whenever.

I've been an iPhone girl since 2015, and even though I know they're overpriced I'm not planning on switching (plus, I use the same phone for at least 5 years so to me it's worth the investment)
It's not the most lightweight tripod, but it's definitely high-quality, sturdy and stable – if you're not going to be traveling with it, it's perfect!
Not every memory card is the same! This SanDisk Extreme Pro has been my choice since the beginning, and so far it works great for my needs.
Believe when I say – you need to store your content. When just starting out an External Hard Dick Drive is the best, budget friendly option imo.
