All you need is comfortable clothing and the will to show up! A yoga mat is welcomed, but any non slip surface will do. Other props like blocks and straps can help, but you can use pillows, books, blankets, and belts to modify.

The program is designed to fit into a busy lifestyle and a tight daily schedule. Each lesson is short and digestible asking for less than 30 minutes a day.
