Hi, I’m Andrijana –

or Andri, or Adi, I have many nicknames :)

I’m a certified yoga teacher and wellness content creator who believes yoga can be simple, focused, and deeply supportive — especially when practiced at home.

I teach the way I practice: calmly, attentively, and without unnecessary embellishments. (while I enjoy poetry, you won’t find in my cues)

How I got here…


Yoga came into my life around 2019, but it didn’t click right away. I tried a few in-person classes and quickly realised they weren’t for me. I didn’t enjoy the setting, the pressure, or the feeling of having to be “on” around other people.

It wasn’t until later — during a difficult period of my life battling depression — that I returned to yoga for a very different reason. I wasn’t looking for a workout or a performance. I simply wanted my mind to quiet down, and my body to move again after long days of sitting and working remotely as an SQA engineer.

So, as a frugal gal I turned to YouTube classes and started practicing at home. My plan was simple: twenty minutes, a few times a week. That practice slowly became more regular, more curious, and more intentional. I wanted to understand what I was doing — not just copy shapes, but feel the movement, the breath, and the focus behind it.

For me, home practice felt safer, more honest, and more sustainable. I didn’t have to commute, compare myself, or adjust to anyone else’s energy. I could show up as I was.

Over time, yoga became something I wanted to learn properly and share — but in my way, on my terms.

I’ve learned that traditional paths don’t always suit me, in yoga or in life. I move through the world more quietly and independently, and I deeply value freedom, simplicity, and space to do things differently — with enough room to move at my own rhythm.

So I completed my 200-hour teacher training online and naturally stayed with online teaching. It fits who I am: an introverted, sensitive woman, and it suits both how I live and how I teach — attentively, calmly, and with freedom.

Home yoga didn’t just change how I moved — it changed how I lived.

My path has been anything but conventional, yet it has always been rooted and guided by my deep core values: simplicity, honesty, and practices that last.

A Gentle Invitation…

Right now, I teach online, mostly through pre-recorded classes, staying true to a way of sharing that feels natural and sustainable for me.

My main offering is a beginner course, Fundamentals To Flow, designed to help you start from the basics and build a consistent, realistic home practice — without pressure or confusion.

I also share free classes on Andriyanna’s Flow YouTube channel and occasionally open a small number of spaces for private 1:1 sessions.
