Before
We'll connect briefly to discuss your goals, experience level, any limitations, and what you want to focus on. Before each class you’ll receive a reminder and instructions how to best prepare for that day’s practice.
Before booking you get a free 15 discovery call to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
During
60 minutes
Real-time adjustments and guidance (virtual cues)
Focus on your specific goals: flexibility, strength, stress relief
Breathwork and meditation techniques if of interest
Q&A time to deepen your understanding
After
You'll receive a practice summary with key takeaways. On request you can receive recommended homework and poses to continue working on between sessions.

…are new to yoga.
You will learn the foundations of the practice at a pace that matches your skill level. We’ll prioritise safety, proper breathing and form so you can build confidence as a practitioner. You’ll have a safe space for any questions throughout the lesson, encouraging interactive dialogue between teacher and student. If you prefer to do this with indirect support I have an online course, Fundamentals to Flow, that might be the perfect place to start, before moving onto private classes.
…feel intimidated in a group class.
Attending a group class can be overwhelming and practicing in a full studio, in front of others, can make you feel lost, self conscious and confused. During a private class you can practice freely, knowing you’re getting individualized guidance, without judgement.

Adjusting your schedule to a studio class might feel impossible in your busy days. With a private lesson you get the needed flexibility to pick a time that works for you while you enjoy the privacy of practicing in your own home.

How we work together
Logistics
I work with students anywhere in the world online over Zoom.
Classes can be held in English, Macedonian or Russian.
I come to you at a time that is most convenient for you, between 6am and 9pm CET.
Lessons can be scheduled Monday through Friday (in special cases Saturday can be added as an option).
Each lesson is 60 minutes long.
Methodology
Each private yoga lesson is tailored to you, your needs and wishes. It may include methodologies following:
Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa yoga, Pranayama, and/or interdisciplinary methods such as mobility and strength training.

Important!

To protect both your time and mine, I use a clear and simple policy:
24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 100% of the session price.
If you’re late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
If I ever need to cancel (rare), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule — your choice.

A 4-session pack is valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
An 8-session pack is valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
(Expiries help you stay consistent and protect the discounted rate.)

If your internet connection drops, I’ll remain on the call for the full session time and we can continue once you reconnect.No Refunds on Used Sessions
Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions in a package may be refunded only within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of the sessions have been used

Not at all! Private sessions work for complete beginners to experienced practitioners. I'll meet you exactly where you are.

Just a yoga mat and a quiet space. Props like blocks and straps are helpful but not required – I'll suggest alternatives.
