— IS THIS FOR YOUWho I Work With
This is probably a fit if…
I teach women only — beginners and experienced practitioners alike. This usually fits if:
✓ You sit at a desk most of the day and your body has started to let you know about it
✓ You're healthy, but stress, tension, or the early signs of aging have you wanting to move differently
✓ You want your practice to actually do something — for your body and your mind — not just feel nice in the moment
✓ You're looking for structure and real attention, not a pre-recorded class
✓ You'd rather show up for 30-40 focused minutes consistently than push through occasional long sessions
This is not the right fit if…
Not every teacher is for everyone. We’re probably not a match if:
✗ You're pregnant, postpartum, or training for a specific sport or event — these need specialized expertise I don't currently offer
✗ You're working through trauma and/or need specific trauma-informed instruction
✗ You're looking for a fast fix rather than a sustainable practice
— TEACHING PHILOSOPHYHow I Teach
I keep the cuing simple and physical. When I tell you where to place your weight, bend your knee, or turn your shoulder, I mean exactly that — not a metaphor. You'll always know what your body is supposed to be doing and why.
My classes typically move at a slow to medium pace, with real attention to alignment and form. But form isn't about looking perfect. It's about understanding what a pose is meant to do for you, and meeting it where your body actually is that day — not where it was last week.
Every movement is connected to breath. That's the actual practice of vinyasa, and I keep it running through the whole session, unless we're specifically working on a breathing technique on its own.
My sequences move like a continuous line rather than a series of separate poses. Each shape flows directly into the next — people have told me it looks almost like dance. But underneath that fluidity is real structure, sequenced to be safe. Because I care as much about the quality of the transition as I do about the pose itself, these flows ask more of you than they might appear to from the outside.
CUING
Clear, physical instruction — grounded in what your body actually does, not abstract or poetic language.
ALIGNMENT
Slow to medium pace, with real attention to form — not to look perfect, but to understand what each pose is meant to achieve for you, today.
BREATH
Every movement connected to breath — true vinyasa throughout, unless we're working a specific breathing technique on its own.
FLOW
Every pose moves directly into the next, with no static pauses — fluid enough that people compare it to dance, but always intuitive and deliberately, safely sequenced.

— MY STORYA Bit About Me
Hey there! I’m
Andri Darkov.
I didn't come to yoga as an athlete — I came to it as an engineer with a desk job in fintech, a stressed nervous system, and a body that had stopped feeling like mine. Yoga was the thing that gave it back to me, physically and mentally. Somewhere in the process of using it to manage stress, I noticed my body had changed too.
That experience is why I teach the way I do — precise, grounded, and built for real bodies with real jobs and real lives, not for people with hours to spare or nothing else going on. I trained for 200 hours at House of Om, in a style rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa, and I now teach women exclusively, online, from wherever they are.
— HOW IT WORKSWhat Working Together Looks Like
We start with a short, free conversation — no mat required. I'll ask about your body, your goals, and what's realistic for your week, and you can ask me anything about how I teach. If it feels right, we'll set up a plan that fits your schedule and where you're actually starting from.
There's no expectation of perfect form and no pressure to "keep up." Just clear guidance, honest feedback, and a practice that's actually built around you.

— POLICIESGood to Know
-
To protect both your time and mine, I keep this simple:
24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session rate
If you're running late, the session still ends at the originally scheduled time
If I ever need to cancel, you'll get a full refund or the option to reschedule — your choice
-
Please make sure your device is placed securely and you have enough space around you to move safely. If your connection drops mid-session, I'll stay on the call for the full session time so we can pick back up once you reconnect.
-
By booking a session, you're confirming you're physically able to participate and have checked with your doctor if you have any injuries or medical conditions. I'll always guide you safely, but you practice at your own pace and your own risk — I'm not able to be held responsible for injuries sustained during a session.
— GENERAL INFOCommon Questions
-
Not at all. I work with complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners looking to refine their practice. Sessions are built around where you are right now.
-
Not a problem — I teach women worldwide and can work around most time zones within my availability window above. We'll find a slot that works.
-
Just a yoga mat and a quiet space. Props like blocks and straps are helpful but not required – I'll suggest alternatives.
-
Pricing varies i.e. it depends on session length and frequency. Reach out and I'll walk you through the options that make sense for you.
-
Private sessions typically run 30 to 90 minutes, depending on what you need that day — we'll agree on length together. My free YouTube classes and app practices, on the other hand, are intentionally kept to about 30 minutes each, since consistency matters more than duration.
-
I ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — see the Good to Know section above for the full policy.
-
Sessions are currently taught in English. However I'm a native Macedonian speaker and am fluent in Russian and Serbo-Croatian, so reach out if you'd like to discuss options.
-
It's simply where I currently feel most comfortable and able to teach at my best. I may expand this in the future.
-
First reach out for a complimentary 15 minute call to see if we are a good fit for one another. After our chat, I will follow up and send you all further details.
